Marjorie Vales-Thedford

Marjorie Valès-Thedford is a Production and Finance Manager with over 10 years of experience in corporate operating budget management. Prior to joining the Haitian Women Alliance executive board, she served on the steering committee for the Haiti Outreach of the Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception where she provides financial guidance, logistical support for their medical missions in Cap-Haitien. Marjorie is passionate about her culture, the social, economic, and environmental progress of Haitians both in her native Haiti and the diaspora. Marjorie also serves on the executive board of the Animal Rescue Foundation, where she steers the fundraising committee and runs the annual 5k run & walk fundraising event.

Marjorie is currently an Ad Sales Partnerships Manager at A+E Television Networks where she manages the production and operating budgets for three departments. In her role, she is accountable for reporting, and providing strategic insights to the executive teams. Marjorie works with various departments and vendors to develop, implement, and oversee the production of multi-level sponsorships for various clients; she manages the teams’ budget with an eye for efficiency.
